Hysope is an organic, 100% French tonic founded by Mériadec Buchmuller. A few years before launching the brand, in 2014, he travelled between Paris and Sri Lanka to source the finest spices and meet producers and exporters. Today, Hysope offers four tonic varieties and a ginger beer, distributed in 650 wine shops and luxury hotels across France.
